Ukraine has imposed personal sanctions against Oleksandr Bohuslaev and Ihor Mosiychuk
Ukraine has established personal sanctions against former people's deputy Ihor Mosiychuk and the son of ex-president of 'Motor Sich' Vyacheslav Bohuslaev - Oleksandr. This was reported by 'Glavkom', citing Presidential Decree №345/2025.
The measures against Bohuslaev Jr. include the temporary blocking of assets - that is, the prohibition to use and dispose of property directly or through intermediaries.
Prohibitions and restrictions on activities
Restrictions are also imposed on trade operations, participation in privatization, public procurement, transfer of technologies, agreements and dividend payments. In addition, the sanctions against Bohuslaev include:
- termination of flights, transport and transit of resources through Ukraine
- prevention of the outflow of funds abroad
- termination of permits, including for the use of subsurface resources
- prohibition of privatization
- prohibition of public procurement
- prohibition of operations with securities
- and others.
Similar measures have been introduced against former people's deputy Ihor Mosiychuk. Oleksandr Bohuslaev was detained in Monaco on May 2, and along with his father, he is suspected of embezzling assets of the 'Motor Sich' company.
On October 23, 2022, the Security Service of Ukraine announced the detention of the president of JSC 'Motor Sich' Vyacheslav Bohuslaev and the head of the foreign economic activity department of this enterprise, who also fell under sanctions and investigation.
