Zelensky: Attack on Kryvyi Rih is terrorism, Ukraine needs more air defense systems.

The President of Ukraine Volodymyr Zelensky condemned the Russian missile strike on Kryvyi Rih as a terrorist act and called on international partners to increase pressure on Russia. This attack, which occurred on April 2, resulted in the deaths of four civilians.
'A targeted Russian missile strike on Kryvyi Rih. Such strikes are called the same everywhere in the world: this is terror,' the president wrote on social media.
Earlier, the Dnipropetrovsk regional military administration reported that Russian forces attacked a civilian infrastructure facility in Kryvyi Rih with a ballistic missile. In addition to the deceased, three people were injured - a 29-year-old woman and two men. All the injured were hospitalized. The strike also caused a fire and damaged buildings.
Volodymyr Zelensky emphasized that similar attacks can only be stopped by applying sufficient pressure on Russia. 'This can only be stopped by sufficient pressure on Moscow, on the Russian system, so that they are forced to abandon the war and terror, and this depends on the partners - from America, from Europe, from others in the world,' the president said.
Zelensky also underscored the need for Ukraine to have air defense systems. 'All Russian strikes indicate that Ukraine needs air defense systems and missiles to protect all people in the country from Russian terror,' he noted.
Emergency services are working at the strike site, and a support headquarters for victims has been set up in front of the store near the military equipment monument.
The head of the Dnipropetrovsk regional council urged residents to stay in safe places due to the potential threat of repeated attacks.
The Russian missile strike on Kryvyi Rih, which became a terrorist act, prompted the President of Ukraine to once again call on the international community to increase pressure on Russia. Zelensky also emphasized the need for air defense systems to protect Ukraine from similar attacks. This act of violence highlighted the serious state of the conflict between Russia and Ukraine and requires a quicker resolution by the international community.
