Enemy losses as of November 17, 2024 – General Staff of the Armed Forces of Ukraine.


As of the morning of Sunday, November 17, 2024, the number of Russian occupiers' losses has increased during the war with Ukraine. Over the past 24 hours, the losses of the Russian Federation are:
- personnel - about 720,880 (+1,640) persons,
- tanks - 9,350 (+12) units,
- armored combat vehicles - 19,021 (+27) units,
- artillery systems - 20,556 (+36) units,
- missile and artillery systems - 1,252 (+0) units,
- air defense systems - 999 (+2) units,
- aircraft - 369 (+0) units,
- helicopters - 329 (+0) units,
- operational-tactical drones - 18,974 (+60) units,
- cruise missiles - 2,641 (+0) units,
- ships/boats - 28 (+0) units,
- submarines - 1 (+0) unit,
- automotive equipment and tank trucks - 29,321 (+85) units,
- special equipment - 3,653 (+2) units.
There are four enemy ships in the Black Sea, all equipped with 'Kalibr' cruise missiles and capable of launching a total of up to 24 missiles. In the Sea of Azov, enemy ships are absent. In the Mediterranean Sea, there are three enemy ships, all equipped with 'Kalibr' cruise missiles and capable of launching a total of up to 24 missiles. Regarding the capacity of the Russian Federation through the Kerch Strait over the past day:
- In the Black Sea - one vessel, none continued moving towards the Bosphorus;
- In the Sea of Azov - four vessels, none moved from the Bosphorus.
The war in Ukraine has been ongoing for 998 days. The Ukrainian military has made advances in the Kursk region and near Kurakhovo, but the occupiers continue to approach Kup'yansk, Toretsk, Pokrovsk, Kurakhovo, and Vuhledar.
