Ukraine has lost about 3600 km² of territory in a year

Over the past year, Ukraine has suffered losses of approximately 3600 km² of its territory in all directions. In November, the Russians demonstrated record progress - 610 km² per month and 20.3 km² per day. This was reported by the head of the volunteer fund 'Come Back Alive' Taras Chmut.

He also spoke about Ukraine's successful operation in the Kursk region, where control was gained over approximately 1100 km². Currently, only 460 km² is under control.

According to Chmut, the Russians continue to increase their offensive pace. In June, the losses were approximately 100 km² per month and 3.4 km² per day, while in September - already 400 km² per month and 13.4 km² per day.

'We are losing 20 square kilometers every day. Every. Day. Our own land,' emphasized the analyst.

He also added that this Russian offensive is accompanied by 'a huge number of losses of equipment, ammunition, and people,' and the loss ratio has already reached the level of World War II in certain areas.

'But the enemy continues to advance,' concluded Chmut.

Earlier, there were reports of the advance of Russian troops in the Pokrovsky direction.

Recall that on January 2, the occupiers launched attacks in the Kharkiv and Kupyansk directions, damaging some positions of the Armed Forces of Ukraine.
