Drivers are explained what the new marking in the form of white circles means.

A new sign has appeared on the roads of Austria - white circles along the dividing line. They aim to warn drivers about potentially dangerous sections of the road, especially on turns with a small radius. The circles are drawn using reflective white paint to attract attention and reduce driving speed.
These circles are especially useful for motorcyclists, as they help avoid crossing into the oncoming lane in places with limited visibility and complicated trajectories. They encourage the choice of a safe turning line.
Thus, when these circles are located to the right of the dividing line, there remains sufficient distance to the oncoming lane, and the potential danger at turns is significantly reduced. Such a sign is being considered for implementation in Scotland, Switzerland, Germany, Luxembourg, Italy, and Spain.
Previously, drivers were reminded of an important rule of car movement.
