Ukrainians will be able to use national e-signatures in Europe: what is known.

Ukrainians in Poland can use electronic signatures to sign documents
According to information provided by in-poland, Ukraine and the European Union have entered into an agreement under which from 2025 the EU will recognize certain Ukrainian electronic signatures, seals, and other digital tools. Starting in 2027, all means of electronic identification from Ukraine will be automatically recognized in all EU countries.
Thanks to this agreement, Ukrainians will be able to conveniently and legally use their national electronic signatures to sign documents in the EU, access EU online services, conduct business, and carry out administrative procedures.
Ukraine became the first country to receive technical validation of its electronic signatures in the EU system without being a member of the European Union.
The updated plan includes an assessment of Ukrainian legislation for compliance with European standards, defining cooperation procedures between Ukraine and the European Commission, testing the cross-border compatibility of Ukrainian and European trust services, and checking the cooperation mechanisms in practice.
This agreement will allow Ukrainians in Poland and other EU countries to conveniently do business, work, and resolve administrative issues remotely, using national electronic services.
It is also worth noting that new requirements have been established for Ukrainian pensioners abroad to receive benefits.
