Ukrainians were explained how to get a deferral through "Reserv+": when it can be used.

Ukrainians were told how they could get a deferral from mobilization through "Reserv".
This was explained by the Deputy Minister of Defense of Ukraine for Digitalization, Kateryna Chernohorenko, during a telethon broadcast.
She reported that Ukrainian conscripts would be able to get a mobilization deferral in the "Reserv+" app. This can be done in just a few clicks.
Chernohorenko emphasized that this new solution will significantly simplify people's lives. Thanks to this feature, citizens will be able to avoid personal visits to institutions and thus save Time and not stand in queues.
"People will be given the opportunity to make a request in the app, and in a few minutes, if the information about the status is confirmed in other registries, the deferral will be entered into the electronic military registration document," she explained.
Electronic mobilization deferrals will appear in the "Reserv+" app in November. However, initially they will not be available to everyone.
Recall, the real ratio of men and women among volunteers is mentioned in the Armed Forces of Ukraine.
