The Russian army has serious personnel problems
The statement of former officer of the Armed Forces of Ukraine Arty Green indicates serious personnel problems in the Russian army that may force Vladimir Putin to make decisions regarding the continuation of the war. According to the expert, Russia is already facing a shortage of quality personnel for active combat actions, and this problem will worsen over Time. Green noted that there are particular problems with the infantry composition.
In his interview, Green provided an example of the declining quality of Russian troops in the Hodyar direction. Having received the call, his brigade has been fighting against the 98th division in Chasov Yar for a year. According to the expert, the number of conflicts and misunderstandings is increasing in this area. Furthermore, Green noted that the paratroopers currently in the army do not receive adequate training, and the average age of the fighters has increased by 15 years. Russian losses amount to approximately 1,500 people daily, which closely approaches reality according to the General Staff's data.
