In Dnipro, police are searching for the teenagers who filmed a man drowning in a body of water. The man tried to escape but drowned. According to information from the Dnipropetrovsk police, local residents found his body without signs of life on May 10.
A video was shared on social networks showing several teenagers filming the drowning man before the tragedy, but no assistance was provided. One of them described the situation: 'A guy was sitting here and fell in there. He seems a bit tipsy. It seems like he's drowning. This is not funny, I feel really sorry for him.'
In another video, a man can be seen trying to get out of the water, holding on to a wooden structure. The teenagers urged him to climb out, but he couldn't.
The police are considering opening a criminal case for failure to assist a person who was in a life-threatening condition. In other news and search operations, law enforcement conducted over 200 searches in connection with the dismantling of drug trafficking and detained a Russian military intelligence agent in Rivne region, who was preparing an attack on power lines in Kyiv and the region.
