The court did not extend the preventive measure for MP Tyshchenko.

The Pechersk court did not make a decision regarding the extension of the preventive measure for MP Mykola Tyshchenko
On November 14, the Pechersk district court of Kyiv did not decide on the extension of the preventive measure for Mykola Tyshchenko, who is suspected of illegally detaining a serviceman in Dnipro. The hearing on this matter was postponed several times due to Tyshchenko's absence. Prosecutors believe that such delays in the process are an attempt to avoid preventive measures until November 16.
During the hearing, Tyshchenko claimed that information about their 'nepotism' was being spread, but he provided no evidence for this. On November 15, the court will decide on the issue of the judge's recusal.
Recall that Tyshchenko was spotted on the streets of Kyiv, although he is supposed to be under house arrest. The court previously extended his detention for two months and set the condition that he wear an electronic bracelet and not leave the locality without permission.
