Syrskyi said how many Ukrainians need to be mobilized each month.

The Commander-in-Chief of the Armed Forces of Ukraine, Oleksandr Syrskyi, noted that information about mobilization in Ukraine is confidential, as such data may fall into the hands of the enemy and help them develop plans.
'I know all the numbers, how many people came through recruiting this month, how many last month, but everything related to mobilization is confidential information. If you say one number, they (the enemies, - ed.) will quickly calculate it,' he said.
Syrskyi believes that it is possible to enlist the 6 million men who have not updated their data in the TCK. A key step is digitalization, which will allow knowing the location and data of all citizens.
Syrskyi also supported the mobilization figure of 30 thousand per month, which was mentioned by President Zelensky.
The number of Russian troops participating in combat operations against Ukraine is rapidly increasing. Approximately 8-9 thousand people join the enemy's army every month, which amounts to about 120-130 thousand soldiers per year.
According to him, at the beginning of 2025, the group of Russian forces directly involved in combat operations against Ukraine numbered 603 thousand, and by early April, this figure had risen to 623 thousand.
Syrskyi explained that Russia attracts soldiers with money, paying them large sums for contracts, which serves as an incentive for them. Under such conditions, Ukraine is forced to conduct mobilization and transfers.
Russia has a mobilization resource of approximately 5 million people, and the total potential mobilization resource reaches up to 20 million people.
Syrskyi believes that such data indicates the continuation of Russia's preparation for a prolonged war and creates new challenges for Ukraine's defense.
