Protests took place in Belgrade, where participants demanded the resignation of the president and early elections. The peaceful rally turned into clashes with the police when some demonstrators threw bottles and fireworks at law enforcement officers. In response, President Vucic stated that he would not allow a revolution in Serbia and depended on patience and power.In the center of Belgrade, students and activists are demanding change in the country, provoking clashes with the police and pointing out the illegitimacy of the current government. The President of Serbia assured that he would not allow a 'Ukrainian Maidan' in his country and refused to meet the protesters' demands.
