Another MSEC Head Resigns Following Scandal.

Olena Stanislavova, head of the MSEC of the Odesa region, has submitted her resignation. This was reported by Oleh Kiper, head of the Odesa Regional Military Administration. He noted that the replacement of the MSEC head was initiated by him even before it occurred at the state level. Kiper also spoke about the inspection of the MSEC's work and the review of the relevant documents. He is also preparing a request to the MSEC regarding employees who have disabilities and work in the administration.
Additionally, Kiper spoke about the inspections of regional hospitals where issues with food for the military have arisen. He noted that they are working on resolving these issues. At the same Time, it became known that Olena Stanislavova, the head of the MSEC of Odesa, is a millionaire. She declared significant amounts on hand, including salary, pension, and cash.
Recall that the MSEC scandal began with the discovery of illegal enrichment by the head of the Khmelnytskyi Regional MSEC Center Tetiana Krupa and her son. Following this, a wave of inspections and dismissals of MSEC heads in various regions began. The government also approved an anti-corruption plan among the MSECs. President Zelensky implemented a decision to liquidate MSECs from 2024 and to develop new legislation regarding disability assessment.
