On the night of June 2, Russia experienced drone attacks that affected Moscow, Voronezh, Tula, Belgorod and other regions. According to information from Russian Telegram channels, drones launched a series of attacks.
In the Lipetsk region, there were at least 10 explosions, including at the NLMK plant. The situation was also quite tense in Rostov.
In Kursk, there were no fewer than five explosions. Local residents reported a fire with black smoke at one of the impact locations. Additionally, some incidents were also reported in Ryazan.Previously, Volodymyr Zelensky reported intelligence data regarding preparations for a new massive strike from Russia. He urged not to ignore air alerts, noting that nearly 500 Russian strike drones were launched the previous night. The president emphasized that Ukraine would be ready to defend itself in any case. The Russian Ministry of Defense reported on massive attacks by FPV drones on military airfields in five regions, where some were repelled, but in others, they led to the destruction of part of the aviation equipment. These events indicate an escalation of the conflict between Russia and Ukraine and confirm the readiness of both sides for active actions.
