Bus Market of Ukraine: A Record Sales in December.


The Ukrainian vehicle fleet has been replenished with a record number of buses
The number of buses in the Ukrainian vehicle fleet reached a record level in December 2024. It was replenished by 330 buses, including minibuses. Such a number of buses has not been observed in the last 35 months.
The association 'Ukravtoprom' noted that compared to December 2023, there was a 30% increase. Compared to November 2024, the figure increased by 27%.
New buses accounted for 59% of the total volume. This is 6 percentage points lower than a year ago and 4 points lower than in November 2024.
Throughout 2024, the bus fleet of Ukraine was replenished with 2241 vehicles. This is 19% less than in 2023. Of these, new buses accounted for 1296 units, which is 24% less than in the previous year, while used buses numbered 945, which is 12% less.
Among the most popular new buses:
Ataman - 350 units; Etalon - 254; Ford - 191; Zaz - 154; Citroen - 122.
Among the used:
Mercedes-Benz - 309; Van Hool - 103; Volkswagen - 78; VDL - 71; Iveco - 62.
