The National Bank of Ukraine fined the financial company NovaPay 90 million hryvnias. NovaPay is a partner of the logistics company 'Nova Poshta'. This was reported by the press service of 'Nova Poshta'. The main claims of the bank related to shortcomings in the customer financial monitoring system. In particular, the regulator noted the need to improve the customer financial monitoring system.In response to this decision by the NBU, NovaPay has already begun implementing changes in its activities to comply with the regulator's requirements. The company has strengthened control over cash on delivery by individuals and activated work in the areas that the National Bank pointed out.
The management of NovaPay stated that the fine will be paid in full and on Time. The company will not challenge the NBU sanctions in court.
