The Government of Ukraine has approved changes to the method of calculating the total income of a family for receiving social support. The changes concern the inclusion of state payments, in particular for the programs 'Winter eSupport' and 'National Cashback'.

Assistance under the 'Winter eSupport' and 'National Cashback' programs is not taken into account when calculating the average monthly income for housing subsidies
According to the new rules, assistance received under the 'Winter eSupport' and 'National Cashback' programs is not taken into account when calculating the average monthly income for housing subsidies. This applies to assistance that is calculated as a percentage of the amount of cashless payments for goods produced in Ukraine on the platform 'Made in Ukraine'.
