Nothing needs to be changed in the TCC! A famous aerial reconnaissance expert proposed a solution to the mobilization problem.

Politician, public activist and aerial reconnaissance expert Igor Lutsenko believes that to solve the mobilization problem, state policy needs to change. He stated this in an interview with 'Glavkom'.

According to him, changes in the functioning of territorial centers for recruitment and social support (TCC) have no effect at all. He believes that changes need to be made in other areas related to the TCC. It is important to create state policy that will encourage a greater flow of people to the TCC in order to have more fighters. At the same Time, the TCC itself has little influence. The politician emphasizes that to achieve success, both encouragement and punishment must be used.

Lutsenko is confident that if Ukraine maintains the current level of payments and frees those unfit for military service, there will be an opportunity to hire people who are ready and able to fight.

He cites the example of Russia, which pays mobilized soldiers 'relocation' bonuses ranging from $20,000 to $40,000. They can receive this money over the course of a year, plus their salary. In his view, Russia has more funds to pay for its soldiers.

Lutsenko also condemns the new restriction on the participation of foreigners in combat actions in Ukraine. He calls it a ban. Foreigners often face difficulties entering Ukraine due to lack of funds and visa support. Latin Americans and Africans have problems obtaining visas in Europe, which complicates their arrival in Ukraine. The politician hopes that this situation will change, as there are already positive changes.

Recently, the Cabinet of Ministers simplified the procedure for enlisting foreign volunteers in the Ukrainian army. Changes were made to the regulations regarding the TCC, the peculiarities of public procurement during martial law, the recruiting centers of the Armed Forces of Ukraine, and the Recruitment Center for foreigners and stateless persons.

Now, the recruiting centers and TCC have expanded powers regarding the transportation of candidates for service from abroad to Ukraine.

Prior to this, parliament approved a law allowing foreigners to serve in the Armed Forces of Ukraine in officer positions.
