Not Kharkiv and Sumy: former NATO commander named the city that is a strategic goal for Putin.

Former NATO commander in Kosovo, General Wesley Clark, reported that Russia intends to capture Odessa. He noted that Russia is trying to create a threat to Kharkiv and Sumy, but its true strategic goal is Odessa. Clark is convinced that it is very important for Ukraine to deprive the Russian invaders of logistical capabilities.
The general also emphasized that Ukraine lacks the resources to defeat the Russian war machine and needs to convince Putin that he cannot win the war. Earlier, captured Russian soldiers confirmed that they were ordered to reach the administrative border between Donetsk and Dnipropetrovsk regions.
Furthermore, Russia is using a new tactic of shelling Kharkiv, where drones interfere in one part of the city for a short period of Time. There have already been cases of mass shelling in Kharkiv that have harmed civilian objects.
