There won't be enough for everyone — there are not enough shelters on the beaches of Odesa.

Today, the Odesa Regional Military Administration allowed the opening of 27 beaches for recreation, but there is a problem with the number of shelters for visitors.
The city council reported that along the Odesa coastline there are only 59 shelters within walking distance, which is insufficient for the safe recreation of all beachgoers during air alerts, especially in the ultra-busy resort season.
Recreation in Danger
Having a sufficient number of shelters nearby is a prerequisite for obtaining permission to operate beaches.

Recall that recently we wrote about the ban on Odesa cafes operating during air alerts and the inspection of shelters on the beaches.
In the midst of the summer season, a problem has erupted in Odesa with the shortage of shelters on the beaches. The city council reported a lack of protective structures along the coastline, where there are only 59 shelters for vacationers. This poses a serious threat to the safety of beachgoers, especially during air alerts. The availability of a sufficient number of shelters on the beaches is a mandatory condition for obtaining permission for resorts to operate in the city.
