Oleksandr Fedienko, a member of the parliamentary Committee on National Security, Defense and Intelligence, expressed his outrage that only 20% of soldiers are involved in combat actions, while many others are working in support roles or are in rear units. Fedienko emphasized the importance of conducting regular rotations among military personnel for a fairer distribution of service. In Fedienko's opinion, clear terms of service should be established and replacements should be implemented in front-line units, rather than using penalties as a means of motivation for military personnel. He is convinced that this will help avoid military inequality in the Ukrainian army. It is noted that the problem of uneven distribution of soldiers on the front line requires changes in the organization of service to improve the situation in the Ukrainian army.
