Where to invest your own money? The businessman gave advice to Ukrainians.

International consultant in corporate finance and lecturer at Edinburgh Business School Ivan Kompan shared his experience of successful investing and provided advice on investing money for Ukrainian citizens. This was reported by Delo, referring to 'Glavkom'.
Kompan recommends young people start investing early and not be afraid. He believes that young people have enough Time to correct the mistakes that inevitably accompany the investment process. However, he warns against the attempt to make quick money, emphasizing that gradual development and investing small amounts can yield fantastic results.
According to Kompan, it is impossible to predict which investments will be the most profitable. However, one can conduct a thorough analysis of the company, its financial state, management, strategy, and growth prospects.
'There are tools that help understand the state of the company. If you conclude that the company is quality, you like their product, strategy, management, financial state, and attitude towards investors, then the value of that company will likely grow over the years. Therefore, you just have to wait until this company is sold at a reasonable price,' emphasized Kompan.
Kompan suggests keeping shares of a promising company if you managed to buy them at the right price, as long as the company remains successful. He cites an example of his successful investment in PJT Partners, whose share price rose from $21 to $176 per share over nine years.
Kompan also points out that you can start investing with any amount, as some brokers do not set minimum deposit limits. Moreover, investors now have the opportunity to buy securities even in parts. Some brokers also do not charge commissions. The main thing is to start investing.
Let us remind you that Ivan Kompan considers real estate in Ukraine unprofitable and too risky an investment. He emphasizes that the profitability of such investments is low, and the real estate market is unstable.
