The long-standing conflict between the famous Ukrainian singer Vitaliy Kozlovskyi and his former producer Ihor Kondratiuk has finally come to an end. Both sides reported this, writes Hlavcom.

Ihor Kondratiuk stated in his message that the debt that had burdened the singer for many years has been fully paid off. As a result, the rights to the songs that previously belonged to the producer now officially belong to Vitaliy Kozlovskyi.

All court debts of Vitaliy Kozlovskyi have been paid. The song catalog has been transferred to him in full. The case is closed, - Kondratiuk reported.

Vitaliy Kozlovskyi also announced on social media: I am free from Kondratiuk.

The singer promised his fans the return of hits such as “Shakespeare” and other compositions that had long been unavailable for him to perform.

Let us remind you that the conflict between the artist and the producer began back in 2012. At that Time, Vitaliy Kozlovskyi decided to terminate his contract with Ihor Kondratiuk, but continued to perform songs whose copyright belonged to his former mentor. In response, Ihor Kondratiuk went to court, accusing the singer of copyright infringement.

As previously reported, the Ukrainian producer and TV host Ihor Kondratiuk spoke about the course of the lengthy court process with singer Vitaliy Kozlovskyi. Kozlovskyi stated that during his service in the National Guard, his former producer demanded compensation for copyright violations.
