Who will receive an exemption from mobilization: the lawyer named the professions.

In 2024, the state continues to provide deferment from mobilization to employees of critically important enterprises and institutions.
This was reported by lawyer Tetiana Savchenko.
According to her, full exemption is granted to civil servants of category A, while categories B and C are provided with a 50 percent quota.
The right to deferment is granted to employees of state authorities, including the National Police, NABU, DBR, prosecution, and courts.
Special attention is paid to workers of critical infrastructure, particularly the energy sector and SES. Enterprises engaged in the production and repair of military equipment and ammunition can also reserve their employees.
Similar deferment is granted to employees of diplomatic missions and humanitarian organizations.
To formalize deferment, it is necessary to prepare a list of employees subject to military service and submit it to the General Staff. A decision is made within three working days. Deferment can also be processed through the "Diia" system.
Reservation is available only to officially employed citizens, not to individual entrepreneurs or workers on gig contracts.
According to governmental resolution No. 675, passing the military medical commission is not required to obtain deferment.
It's also important to remember that in order to cross the border with a mobilization deferment, you need to have the appropriate documents.
