Church Calendar for August 2025 - New Dates for the Feast of the Transfiguration and Assumption.

In August, we meet many church holidays and important religious dates, such as the Assumption Fast, Honey, Apple, and Nut Transfigurations, as well as the Feast of the Transfiguration of the Lord. We also celebrate the Assumption of the Holy Mother of God and the Beheading of St. John the Baptist, which conclude the church year.
