Budget revenues for March exceeded 313 billion UAH - Ministry of Finance.


The budget received 313.5 billion UAH in March
In March 2025, the general fund of the state budget received 313.5 billion UAH in taxes, fees, and mandatory payments. According to the Ministry of Finance, as of the end of March, revenue from the State Tax Service amounted to 159.4 billion UAH, including:
- 86.0 billion UAH - corporate profit tax;
- 26.8 billion UAH - personal income tax and military levy;
- 25.8 billion UAH - value-added tax (39.5 billion collected, 13.7 billion refunded);
- 14.2 billion UAH - excise tax;
- 3.9 billion UAH - rent payment.
Payments from the State Customs Service amounted to 51.4 billion UAH.
Another important source of revenue for the general fund of the state budget in March this year came from funds received by Ukraine in the form of international assistance (grants) amounting to 97.8 billion UAH, under the implementation of the Grant Agreement between Ukraine and the International Bank for Reconstruction and Development aimed at mobilizing resources for investment in strengthening Ukraine.
In total, according to operational data, as of the end of March 2025, the general and special funds of the state budget received 360.9 billion UAH in taxes, fees, and other payments. In addition, 43.7 billion UAH (as of March 28) was received in the form of ESV to the pension and social insurance funds.
