Ukrposhta continues to confirm its reputation as a reliable postal operator, reporting record results in timely package delivery. According to the company, in May this year, 98% of shipments were delivered on Time across Ukraine. Such high figures have been made possible thanks to the implementation of automated sorting processes and route optimization.
Only 2% of packages were delayed due to enemy shelling in Donetsk, Sumy, and Kherson regions, which complicated deliveries to these areas. Even under such conditions, Ukrposhta showed impressive results, exceeding global postal service standards. For comparison, global postal market leaders demonstrate results at the level of 95-97%, while the Ukrainian company achieved 98% timely delivery.
Ukrposhta also solved the problem of queues in its offices by implementing new service rules. Starting from June 9, all customers who came exclusively for packages can receive them without waiting in line. This initiative aims to facilitate the receipt of shipments and reduce the waiting time for visitors. The Ukrainian postal service also provided clarification regarding pension payments, continuing to improve service quality for all clients.
