Analyst assesses the impact of the conflict in the Middle East on fuel prices in Ukraine.

The analyst of the consulting company 'Naftorynok', Oleksandr Sirenko, noted that the conflict in the Middle East should not significantly affect fuel prices in Ukraine over the next two weeks. He explained that fuel supplies purchased at a lower price are already on their way to our country to stabilize the market.
'Therefore, we should not expect a sharp increase in prices due to the conflict in the Middle East. I hope that energy prices will remain at the current level for at least the next two weeks while it is clear how long the military actions between Israel and Iran will last,'- the expert emphasized.
It should be noted that even the recent global decline in fuel prices caused by the policy of American President Donald Trump had little impact on Ukraine. That is why, Sirenko warned that a resurgence of the conflict in the Middle East could benefit the Russian side, allowing it to earn more from the export of energy resources.
The importance of diplomatic efforts in countering Russia
The expert stressed that any increase in oil and gas prices worldwide is a signal for Ukraine to intensify diplomatic efforts and impose additional sanctions against Russia. This could become a key aspect in relations between countries on the international stage.
The analyst's statements indicate that Ukraine can expect stable fuel prices for now; however, it is important to monitor geopolitical processes in the world, as they may have a significant impact on the energy resource market in the future. Diplomatic activity is an important element in confronting Russia and maintaining stability in the country.
After the global decline in fuel prices, the conflict in the Middle East should not significantly affect the market in Ukraine over the next two weeks. However, it is important to consider geopolitical risks and support diplomatic efforts to counter the possible influence of Russia on the energy market.Read also
